How to use the BSC parking garage
BSC offers both monthly and hourly parking in the building's adjacent garage.
Monthly Parking
- $165/month (subject to change) with 24/7access.
Hourly Parking
- Validation is available from the front desk and billed at cost + 20%.
- Free one half hour validation for visitors for up to six validations per month.
Free two-hour street parking is available on 109th Ave. NE, 110th Ave. NE. and nearly streets.
